Kawasaki Recalls Atv’s
for Steering Control Defects
How
would you like those ATV handle bars to come off in your child’s
hands? Well they just might if you own one of these potential
lemon Kawasaki ATV vehicles...
- 2007 Kawasaki KFX50 ATV
- 2007 Kawasaki KFX90 ATV
Kawasaki has recalled the 2007 KFX 50 and 2007 KFX 90 all-terrain
vehicles due to steering control issues.
It seems that nuts that hold on the handlebar holder, tie-rod
adjustment and tie-rod end may not have been tightened up
enough when they were building the Atv’s. They
can come loose during use. If the handlebars and tie rod
parts come apart on these ATVs while being operated, you
could lose control and crash.

This Kawasaki steering problem sounds a lot like the Arctic
Cat recall that was announced recently and that isn’t
surprising. Both the Arctic Cat recalled Atv and the Kawasaki
recalled Atv units were built in Taiwan.
These ATV model are designed to be operated by young children
6 to 12 years old and were sold nationwide from August 2006
through December 2006 in “Lime Green” or White
colors for around $2,000 (apparently including free, but
somewhat detachable, handlebars).
If you own a lemon Kawasaki KFX50 or a KFX90 lemon ATV or
another Kawasaki lemon, you may be entitled to your money
back or a new vehicle. Call us at 1-888-331-6422 or email us
