Federal Safety
Investigators say that the rear brake caliper can crack
and fail in these KTM North America ATV vehicles. The result?
A very big danger of an accident that hard injure or kill,
obviously.
The model name is located on the Atv side panel and the affected
vehicles were sold in black and orange colors nationwide from
August 2007 to September 2007, priced around $9,000, more or
less. The defective KTM units were built in Austria.
Dashing thru the snow — on a brakeless Atv — is
not exactly what Grandma has in mind, no doubt!
The US Consumer Product Safety Commission warns that Grandma
and all other owners should park the Atvs until the warranty
repairs are completed on each lemon Atv.
We are experience Atv Lemon Law lawyers who have been winning
